I really can't recommend this company. I purchased some meditations, but I couldn't access or download them at all. When I reached out to Teal Swan's support team, it took them two weeks to get back to me. They suggested I try using Google Chrome to access the meditations, even though I had no trouble with anything else on my new device. I took their advice and managed to access the meditations, but downloading them was still a no-go.

When I finally carved out some time to do the meditations, I was let down to find that they would stop playing after just 5 minutes. I tried several recordings, but they all had the same problem. I contacted Teal Swan support again, only to hear that they couldn't fix all technical issues, which was really frustrating. I asked for a refund since I couldn't access what I had bought. In reply, I got an email showing that I had logged onto the site, as if that meant anything. They said it was too late for a refund, completely overlooking the fact that I couldn't download the meditations and that they all cut off at the 5-minute mark.

This is just ridiculous. I've seen a bunch of comments online from others who also faced issues downloading the meditations. Plus, I can't even play them directly from the site like they promised when I made the purchase. To top it all off, I was never made aware of the 5-day refund policy, so now they've taken my money for something I never received. It's really disheartening to see Teal Swan being labeled a con artist and scammer in the media, and based on how her company treats customers, I can't help but agree.

I decided to grab a mask since it's 2020 and they’ve become a must-have. But man, it took nearly a month from when I ordered to when I got the shipping notice. I shot off an email to ask about the hold-up, and got the usual runaround, but then out of the blue, my order finally shipped!

When I got my mask, I was really let down. Even though it looked nice, the quality just didn’t cut it and the fabric felt flimsy. Overall, it wasn’t worth the long wait.
